Personal Training for people living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia
Living with dementia shouldn’t mean giving up on exercise, especially when you consider the range of both physical and emotional benefits it can offer.
Personal training sessions are tailored to one’s unique needs, with a focus on improving strength, balance, body connection, and mobility. And of course, feeling better afterwards!
My creative approach includes the use of dumbbells, bands, ankle weights, balls, and more. I’ve also found that dynamic engagement and conversation are just as important as the exercise we do during a session -so the goal is not just to challenge the physical body, it is also to make it fun, rewarding, and something that is looked forward to!
Specifics needs vary greatly, so let’s talk about what would work best for your loved one. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll start with a free assessment session and take it from there.
An hour session is $180-$250.00 depending on location.
